Self Defense

Hey Everyone,
On Monday, October 12th we will be facilitating a self defense seminar in Pioneer Hall. The event will be from 4-6pm. We will not have regular class that Monday. I hope you will all come and help with this activity, they are a lot of fun.
New School Year

Hello Friends,
Fall semester has started and that means we are ready again to have another great year of Tae Kwon Do. Our first class is Monday, September 14 from 4-5:30pm. We are keeping our same practice schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 4-5:30 in Cooke Hall #325. If anyone needs help finding Cooke, let me know.
