The University of Minnesota Tae Kwon Do Club meets during Fall and Spring sessions, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 5:00-7:00 PM in Multipurpose Room 1 of the RecWell Center. To get to Multipurpose Room 1, enter through the RecWell Center on the first floor, just off Harvard St. then go up to the second floor and around the corner on the right. The Room will be on the right hand side, before you enter the old Rec Center building.

Our activities during practice include self-defense, forms, kicking drills, sparring, meditation, study of the philosophy behind Taekwondo, and others. Feel free to stop in during one of our practices and get a feel for what we do. We offer three free practices for you to decide if you would like become a member. If you should decide to join we ask $65 per semester. Just show up in normal workout clothes, and if you decide later a uniform may be purchased.

Tae Kwon Do is a great way to meet new people, get excerise, and gain focus and discipline which may be applied to many aspects of life.
